An Analysis of Tendency to effect on Industrial Accidents by Actual Labor trend

Abstract
|
|
|
This study was carried out to furnish data to prevent the industrial accidents. The data in this study have been collected and analyzed the statistics relevent to effect on Industrial Accidents by conditions from the ´LABOR WHITE (1982-1990)´ published by the Ministry of Labor, Korea.
The results were summarized as follows :
1. The relationship of Capital and Labor become better to improve the Labor conditions and to raise the wage by enlargement of Adjustment for collective Bargaining system from happening the Labor Disputes in 80 years.
2. Trend of Labor Disputes convert wage to improvement of workplace.
3. Democratization of Nation increase the Employment, decrease the Worked Hours, and decline the Unemployment rate.
4. Trend of wage for worker smooth out earning differentials in wage stress between White color and Blue color and academic carrier.
5. Higher taking and separation rate from manufacturing industies affect productivity and indusrtial accidents due to unexperienced.
